I know people do turn into alcoholics, but I was saying that not everyone that drinks does, which is rather obvious.
Alcohol is a contributor toward violence and street crime in the UK.
For example in a 2006/07 survey, 46% of all offenders were under the influence of alcohol. 39% of domestic violence cases involved alcohol and in more than a million acts the offenders were believed to be drunk.
To just think how alcohol effects yourselves is pretty short sighted and selfish.
It is a problem for a lot of people and THAT is the issue.
