Really. So if your Science Professor doesn't mention it, this becomes a lie?
What level is this Science that you do. This is more to do with research so is on a level with a degree. Therefore, if you are not at university studying Science as a degree, (assuming that while there, you are doing a thesis (on / similar to) chemical effects on human behaviour) then why would your professor even vaguely mention this?
what i mean is that matter is such an important one not to be taught in highschool science dont you think?

Such disagreement can only be based on ignorance. It is a well known study that alcohol will effect behaviour and hence the values of people will be effected.

I have no article to forward to you since most of my reading i've done through articles in journals. However a quick search in Google brings up this piece of news.

BBC NEWS | Health | Alcohol effect lingers on brain

This is the important piece from that article.

"Scientists examined the effect of alcohol on complex, or executive, brain functions such as abstract reasoning, planning and the ability to monitor our own behaviour in response to external feedback.
They found that performance in these areas was affected even after the concentration of alcohol in the blood had dipped to the point that people were no longer aware of its effect"

If you still disagree, I suggest you delve deeper and do your own research into it.
ok i agree that alcohol can affect our abstract reasoning, planning and the ability to monitor our own behaviour in response to external feedback. probably an effect on dulling of the senses when drank too much alcohol. BUT it does not say that it changes ones values.
let me define values for you
values relatively firmly held and socially shared positions or expressions about what is good or right;
(**refreshing my memory on my human psychology class**)
considering its really a fact how can you prove that a change in values happen?
take in mind that a fact is is true for every situation/example. (from noodle)

You know, I took that Tickle IQ test once as well, back when Tickle was called E-Mode and was free.
I got 161 on it.
However I didn't base what I was going to do in life from that IQ test..
>.>
i heard people that go less than 150 even if they got the questions all right.(will try it later)
also like i said i did not emphasize on the numbers but on the analysis on how my brain work
and tickle test is still free if you got high enough score.

Nevermind, as I said before, it would take a ridiculous amount of time to explain the errors in your statement... If you didn't understand the mistake from what I've written, then all you have to do is wait to study it in Computer engineering. It's guranteed that these kind of statements come up in your course.
But for now, if you're simply applying it to this example of yours, then, you're right...
ok if you insist, its only because i usually see those kind of statement in test and i think that kind of statement clearly represent my idea of a fact thats why i use it
