I use both sentenses, when I meet new person, I would say, "Hajimemashite, Douzo yoroshiku. " ( はじめまして、どうぞよろしく。 ＝ 初めまして� �どうぞ宜しく。) is like Nice to meet you, please be a nice. If I am correct , this is it.
