A Ghost, A Memory
You never were really here
But when you were here
The whole world seemed ok
At times we talked of
Our dreams and long walks
Every time you left, I cried

And I never knew why
Dad said it was for school
But it couldn't be true
You only came home once
In a big blue moon
Now you've been gone
For far too long and
I'm left with a ghost
A memory of you…
