Also, there's a big difference between "keeping a ship from sinking" and "making the ship sink slower"... Unfortunately, it is impossible to STOP creating CO2, and whatever amount we reduce will be of NO effect.
I think some of you guys need to actually look into how much CO2 humans produce... Volcano's alone produce FAR more (around 26 times more) CO2 than anything man made and i'm not even gonna go into the other BIGGER producers of CO2, such as oceans and animals
So, if you really believe that CO2 is the cause of global warming, and you want to stop it, I suggest you block up volcano's and kill animals

First of all you're not going to convince me over what the EXPERTS are saying (not to mention the fact that volcanoes don't go off every day.)
Second of all I think that people like you are too concerned with defending your lifestyle/investments as it seems your mind is already made up regardless of what these EXPERTS are telling us.
Third... there are other reasons to invest in renewable energies and other green initiatives for the very fact that our lifestyle is unsustainable at present.
