In fact I practice english since the age of 12, so it is eighteen years ago now

I'm not a kind of beginner, but I know my english isn't very close to perfection . So I'm trying to work a little each day, as I really like to listen it, write it and think by it.

To answer your question more, a beginner remains a beginner if he's (or she's) not able to think entirely in his/her mind the sentence that he/she 's trying to write or say in the foreign tongue. Example: when I write or talk in english, I think in english. If I write or talk in japanese or german, I think in french then translate. So in these tongues I'm an absolute beginner anyway.
