I've always liked horses as animals, not meat, but I decided a long time ago that I'd rather eat horse than dog. I think it's herbivore vs. omnivore. Anyway, it seems more logical to eat horse, since it's in the livestock category more than the pet one, you know?
And speaking as someone who's mommed more lambs and kids than I can count, lamb tastes great. Raising the animal makes no difference to me. I admit it used to--when I was about five.
Now--it's sweet until it's meat.
To eat horse penis would, I admit, require a certain amount of steeling the mind. Like, "It's just meat, it's just meat, it's just meat..." Not out loud, of course.
