When I went, the Eiffel Tower was closed at the very top, they said it was due to maintance I have no idea if its closed all the time, that's just what we were told. Going up 3 quarters of the way is high enough!

It's like a massive permanant Ferris wheel! On a good day you can see all across London, it's really nice ^_^ It takes about 20 minutes to get round

The queues tend to be long so I suggest getting the fast track ticket, even though it's quite pricey, I wouldn't want to waste time queuing for things.
