It seems wielding hashi is good exercise for sprained fingers, even though its painful.
I don't like my new tavel set. They're a very pretty set of aluminum ones that break down and fit in a handy little case. Even with the tips ridged they are too slippery for udon or ramen.
But they worked well enough to drive my colleagues at work nuts. I had some shelled edamame with my dumpings today and I know from how intently they stared as I ate them one by one, that they were just waiting for a bean to go flying or drop in my lap. No such luck!
