Yes, I have seen the movie. I watched the premiere of it a couple of weeks ago when it aired in select theaters. The DVD will be released, in the US, on September 16, 2008, one day after my birthday. XD
The movie implements different aspects, some of which are not present in the anime or manga.
Anyway, the manga is even better than the anime and movie.
