I'm making this short, simple, and sweet. I was raped as a child and it is a horrible experiance, however I do not have a problem with the word being used so loosely. Those are just ignorant people who want to flant their stupidity and lack of knowledge. Yes, you can ask then to refrian from saying the word in that manner, but under no obligation must they listen to you. It's not the word that matters, it's the meaning of the word and if they mean something else then what you are thinking you have no right to tell them to stop. It's not the WORD that makes you feel like that it's the MEANING behind it. So don't get mad at people for using the word get mad at people for the meaning in which they use it.
