The question is not Obama or his distancing himself from Rev. Wright but the similairity in the message of Rev. Wright and Rev. Martin Luther Kings' message. Both opposed unpopular wars in their time and delivered similiar themes about race and religion. It is the intervening decades between these 2religious leaders that has transformed Rev.
