With a degree you husband can teach English in Japan. I don't know if he wants to do that but it's an option. May I ask why you want to move to Japan? Do you have a degree yourself?

Yes, they're international schools. I'm not sure how much they cost. I do recall
Nyororin said that daycare wasn't that expensive.

It depends upon where you want to live. Obviously Tokyo is going to be expensive but I'm sure you can find reasonably priced housing. As far as buying or renting...it really depends on how long you want to stay.

Do you or your husband speak Japanese at all? If not start learning.
