Kodona and aristocrat styles can look really nice, and basic pieces aren't so difficult to find/ put together. You can get white button-downs (like your 2nd pic) and black pants nearly anywhere, maybe modify them a bit to suit your taste, and add accesories.
I've attemted this type of style, using handmade and off-brand stuff-
link and
link . I'm female, but the shirt and pants are guys clothes; I made the vest (surely they sell men's black vests somewhere) and cravat thingie, and modified the bottom of the shirt.
To make it more kodona, you could tie a big bow with black ribbon instead of a cravat, and roll the pants up just below the knee (might have to cut them a bit shorter, first). A mini top hat would be cute, too (if you're comfortable with that much cute). Or you could go the other direction and make it more mature with a black coat (personally I think the long ones look best) and a proper top hat.
That last picture of yours looks like a cosplay of Ruki from Gazette... not sure if there's a more specific term for his style than just 'visual kei', though that's a nice style, too...
