I lived in Sapporo for a while and all that i can say is there isn't a whole lot to do if you are stuck to just the city. I would recommend going out in susukino and go to ramen alley if you can find it. Susukino is good for going out drinking but it is also the risque district of Sapporo but just so happens to be the area with all the bars. Thats about all there is to the city.
