Oh, there are plenty, but the three that top my list are Gin Ichimaru, Aizen (can't remember his full name...), and Kaname Tosen from Bleach.
Gin and Aizen because they're manipulative bastards that hurt Momo, and Kaname because he's such a loser.
Tosen... Come on... "Path of least bloodshed," my arse. Even if Aizen won, there would more than likely be a body count in the hundreds, if not thousands.
