There aren't many good shooters on the wii yet but Metroid Prime 3 is good. The Conduit is coming out Q1 of next year and it looks amazing with good graphics and everything.
Also, if you like No More Heroes like over-the-top blood and gore Mad World looks positively insane. I'm not sure when it's coming out though.
