Nakedness aside... I really don't understand the big deal about onsen in the first place. I mean you get home from a busy day at work and you take a bath... I can see how that can be relaxing. But I'd never go out of my way TO have a bath.
As for the naked thing? Well I suppose it might be a bit awkward at first.
