I also need to inform everyone here that suppon is in no way a popular food. It's very expensive (more so than the blowfish) so only the gourmet types as well as athletes and people trying to recover from illnesses go eat it.

Hmmm, fresh turtle blood. I think fresh would be more nutritious, and maybe better tasting. But not being a mammal, I am not so sure. With enough sake before (and after if needed), I think I could try it. I mean, I survived uni and raw oysters, which I find disgusting in every aspect.
