持ち帰り もちかえり = To go (ordering food)

Clerk: "こちらでお召し上がりですか。" = Is this for here?

Customer: "いいえ、持ち帰りでお願いします。" = No, it's to go, please.

召し上がる (めしあがる) = To eat (an honorific word). Clerks use the word. Customers don't.

お願いします (おねがいします) = Please
