My Time Has Come

I see that now, my time has come.
What did you expect me to do? It will not be long,
before I'm gone. And I just had to tell you this one thing.
I should have seen this coming, yet I was caught unaware.
I hope you will not cry,
please do not weep. I will be with you,
even if you don't believe.

I see now, that I am to go. Time passes quickly,
When I think of you.
But don't shed a tear,
I just want to say goodbye.
Because I should have seen this coming,
But it came at me like a bomb.

Unexpected and caught off guard.
I will leave you now, I love you, my dear.
We shall be apart, but not for long,
