I'm late to this party, but though I agree with Gloober (original post) about the passive racism (I use it to get lots of space on the train LOL!), I categorically disagree about business practices. I have customers in Japan and they are honest as the day is long. They call me up to tell me I under-billed them! They pay on time, every time, in full. Absolutely top-notch.
