This film is already out on DVD in Japan but without an English subtitle track. Im sure someone will upload it soon with a fan sub. It is always just a matter of time with these things.

I saw th elive action Death Note and was not so impressed as I had already seen the anime. So Im not really interested in L change the world, especially after seeing the TV promos. It has the same silly over dramatic acting and impetus of the Death Note films it appears.
