Head out of Akiba station (electric town SOUTH) and turn right at the road. Go into the AZO BIT on your right (about 80 yards down) and check out the EGG MACHINES on the ground floor. These are the things that you put in some yen (¥100/¥200/¥300 or ¥500 for hentai) and get a plastic egg with a gift inside after turning the handle.
This Azo Bit has some good gifts that you don't find in other areas.
