anime/video game voiceover-help me start,please -

okay, i've been all over the web, and I don't know if i'm searching wrong or what, but I'm sick of blindly searching. I'm trying to find a site or two that will help me achieve my little dream:to do voiceovers in amime/video games.
If anyone can help me start(or suggest a site to assist me) that'd be peachy.
