My vote goes for Seinen, I kind of hate Shoujos because they're to girly, I'm not a big fan of Shounens because they're kind of childish in there one way and I haven't seen much Josei series.

Sure thing, Shounen and Shoujo are mangas/animes intended for teenagers(Shounen for boys and Shoujo for girls, as the names indicate), examples of such series are Naruto (Shounen) and Fruit Basket(Shoujo).
Josei and Seinen are mangas/animes intended for older people (Seinen for men and Josei for woman), examples of such series are Gantz (Seinen) and Honey and Clover (Josei).
And there is another category that isn't listed here, Kodomo which is intended for children, example of a Kodomo series is Hamtaro.
