I guess my point was this; A country can't tell china not to do something unless they have another better solution, especially if the country went through a similar process to get to where it is.

Understood. I generaly agree with your posts. I don't think anyone should, can or has told China not to embark on thier project, just one example of the complete control demanded by the regime, ones I coulod come up with off the top of my head in the middle of the night.
