Are these texts written in an old/solemn/strange japanese style or are these written in normal modern japanese?
I ask that because if you listen to the italian version of lotr it sounds like a sort of ancient or solemn italian with unusual grammatical constructions and old-fashioned words

That's the first I thought when you said you were translating that movie. If it is like in Italian it is not a good source to learn form, it would be way too advanced. But on the other hand Italian translator might have decided to color it way too much
