Looks like a decomposing dog to me. Also it's been in the ocean for who knows how long and that tends to do effed up things to corpses.
I'm probably wrong though and it's the first wave of an alien invasion.
Reptiles have silly grins
Dark eyes--shiny teeth--some have fins
Samurai they smile never
Serious--pretty swords--very clever
