This particular batch of Uni (Sea Urchin Glands) is of pretty good quality. The colour is not lacking, looking a ripe gold, and the individual pieces are firm, defined and not melting.


In the shadows beneath the trees he waits.
In the darkness under the moon he plots
In the silence of the night he kills.
