Three cheers for sushi!
My personal favorite is salmon and cream cheese (and yes, I like California rolls. :P). As others have mentioned, sushi can be awfully expensive so I don't have it as often as I might like to. But at home I make my own sort of version of sushi without rice using seaweed wrap bought from the Asian market, spinach, cream cheese, cucumbers, avacado, and carrot. Yum yum!
