I looked this up a while ago. The manga just ended recently, so if they are then they'll start soon. The company who animated the show said that if Rumiko gave the go ahead, that they'd love to do more, so I guess it's all up to her.
 There comes a time in every anime fangirl's life when you just have to say to yourself...
