To be honest, I have no idea where that lady comes up with those kanji for Western names. She is basically squishing kanji to fit western names with no regard for the kanji's meaning...when the meaning is the essential part of someone's name.
The first character means hollyhock or the "mallow" of marshmallow.
The second character means dance.
Where she gets "Kim" from that is a mystery to me.
