I think it depends on the kind of job you're aiming for.

If you're applying for a job as a babysitter you're gonna wanna give a mature impression and mention you have experience working with kids, as well as at least 2 younger siblings.

If it's something that involves direct treatment with customers you wanna sound like you've had lots of jobs in which you had to deal with people.

If it's an office job, try to sound very confident, competitive and give an overly high opinion of yourself.

You gotta give them what they want

Ps-. Knowing languages is always a plus when looking for a job, no matter what it may be.
