Meiji shirne and Sensoji temple is a must. Daiba is like a futuristic "town", which I failed ot see the "futuristic" touch, but it is a cool place to go to.

For the business of city life, you will need to be at Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akiba and/or Roppongi.

Many may disagree, but Yokohama is also a must see. It has almost a bit of everything
