You make a pandora battery yourself. I'm sure there's people who've sold them on ebay. All you really need is a regular PSP battery though.
Here's instructions:
Guide: CFW install on Slim PSP + Popsloader + Homebrew Info - PS3Forums
I'll quote what you're interested in though.

Next we are going to create a "Pandoras Battery". If you do not want to mod your new PSP SLim battery you can buy a "Datel Tool" which does the same thing. It'll cost ya about $35-$40, I decided to mod my own as it will still be usable when we are done.
Open the PSP Slim battery. This is the hardest part but it is not too bad. Take a nice sharp blade and run it along the outside in the cracks, making sure the lettering on the battery is facing up. While running the blade along the outside you will want to angle it up as you will need to cut the glue that is holding it together. It may take some time, I had to make about 10-12 passes in various spots. Just be patient and it will eventually loosen enough to where you can pull it apart.
Once you get the thing open you are going to want to cut a trace (gold line) on the battery board. Refer to the pic for the trace you will be cutting. You will be cutting the trace in the blue circle. Ignore the red one, we will not be messing with it.
You may need to dig, I ran my blade over it about 10 times to be sure. Once you feel you have it cut put your battey back together.
