You go to a bank and the teller wears somewhat professional garb. IN Japan theres a uniform with (for Kiyo Ginko for example) a navy blue skirt and vest, a white pin-stripe blouse and a funky-ass matching tie thing. Nude color hose and conservative black shoes, no nail polish other than a few sanctioned colors. Men wear suits.
