Here's something that's not really expected too be found at most local sushi-ya
Kampachi, or Amberjack, is said too taste and feel like a cross between Tai (Red Snapper) and Hamachi (Yellowtail)


In the shadows beneath the trees he waits.
In the darkness under the moon he plots
In the silence of the night he kills.
