You might not be worried about how fast you learn, but iv been learning really fast. It recommends 1 lesson a day but you actually learn a fair bit in each lesson and then after that lesson is over thats not the end it will incorporate some of it into the next lesson along with new things so you dont forget.
It helps with fluency. I've used them.
