you can count on any Takashi Miike movie to be crazy, but for the very *craziest* i'd check out Visitor Q or Gozu. Absolutely off the handle, without being ultra gory.

Alternatively, there's always Frog River, or The Machine Girl etc. for some full on hilarious insanity.
