It depends on what type of seats you're looking to get.
Here's the
official seating chart.
When I went last year, I sat in the SC seats. Although they look like crap on the site, I got a great, clear view of the game from top. This section wasn't full, and I got my tickets only a few days in advance, so I would say it's fairly easy to get SC tickets.
On the other hand, the A section is packed and is where all the hardcore fans are at. I don't know how easy it would be to get those tickets, or if those seats are reserved for season ticket holders or whatnot. While the A section would definitely get you in the mood, I heard that it's pretty tiring since you're standing/jumping the whole time while chanting, and don't really get a good look at the game.
There was plenty of loud chanting and fist-pumping in my section too, so it again, depends on what you're looking for. Either way would be lots of fun!
And here's a photo I took of the stadium for reference.

It's obvious where A is, and as you can see, lots of empty seats up top.
Btw, is it Loud Park that you're attending on the 18th?
