Harajuku "原宿", is the common name for the area around Harajuku Station on the Yamanote Line. On Sunday's it's a popular hang out for young teen's, and fashion junkie's. It's also right by the two main shopping streets, Omotesandō and Takeshita Street. And it's also located near Meiji Shrine, and Yoyogi Park.

...So I really have no idea how you would put to and to together... but I suppose you are just learning.

As for the main topic post. I don't really know if "kawaii style" is really a style of fashion. I think wherever you got that from is probably just talking in general the cute clothes and hair styles you usually seen worn.
