not really...they make pretty close to "real" ramen in instant forms. (i'm talking about the non-freeze dried variants)
aka not anything called "chicken", "beef", "oriental" or "shrimp"
but proper tonkotsu, shoyu, shio, miso and the like.
yes, 'real' ramen is great, one of my favorite foods. tonkotsu is the best (kuro ramen even better)
followed by tantan and tanmen.
