Use to go to the gym but then realized I could work out perfectly from home. Stick to a tight work out schedule, try to do at least a hour to a hour and a half of push ups and sit ups everyday. Occasionally go for a run every now and then.
Edit - Sometimes can't work out when I'm busy though.
