it is why not be?of course if you go there you must know what you want...where to work and stuff...about the papers it'll take some time but it's not imposible...I'm planning to make the college in japan....first I'll see how's there and if I can really get a job there...if I can I'll move...if no...I'll return to my country(if you're a japanese-romanian translator or so you're paid very well here^^)
