I don't go to the gym, but I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 2-3 times a week and do bodyweight training exercises at home.
Most days I use 20-30 minutes of my lunch hour to sittups, crab pushups or balancing on my swiss ball infront of the tv. Fortunately I only live 5 minutes drive from work so it makes this possible.
