Anyway I think the best way of going about this is to catch him when he's alone. Just approach him and say hello, then start up a conversation (you could say how have you been or whatever). If your shy then don't think about what will happen? or what will he think? or anything like that. It will just make you more nervous. Confidence, of course, is key, as repeated by pass post about similar scenarios. Also be yourself, I can tell you right now, most people hate it when a person is being fake. And from what you've said, it looks like he likes you too. It shouldn't be hard to get to know each other better. Good luck.
