yes its really usefull to carry water when you have an animal carry it for you...
in the desert you are likely to need 4 kilo's of water a day...
as for white men being stronger than asian men.....
you are SO backwards....
i could introduce you to a 75 year old grand master from hong kong... grand master Pi....who could literaly kill you...in about 3 seconds...without breaking a sweat....
for one dedicated to martial arts...you dont know much!
