Prefecture/City: Hokkaido
Town/City/Village: Ishikari
Block: Hokkaido/Tohoku
Prefecture/City: Miyagi
Block: Kanto
Prefecture/City: Saitama (Sister City)

No preference means you might get extreme country-side. That is what I hear.
