OK, I'm afraid I'm going to be brief because this information doesn't apply to anyone living outside of Japan.

This band is holding handshake events with its fans all over Japan in November. To apply for participation, you must first purchase a copy of their CD+DVD entitled 「小悪魔USAGIの恋文とマシンガンe.p.」 that goes for sale on Oct. 29. Inside the CD/DVD will be a serial number card and the information on the cellphone website that you need to visit. They will do a drawing to decide who will be invited to attend those events.

So, you need to:

1. be in Japan

2. buy CD/DVD

3. and win the drawing.
